The required time for document extraction increases linearly with the number of trained document layouts. A production system with Extraction Online Learning enabled becomes slower over time. Project Builder allows adding an upper limit to the number of training documents. This ensures that the production system cannot become too slow while running unattended. Once the upper limit of training documents is reached, a warning is displayed and no further documents can be collected for online learning. The document count is cleared when the administrator imports the documents marked for Extraction Online Learning into Project Builder. This clears the online learning directory and the Knowledge Base Learning Server continues to train and copy all marked documents.

The imported documents can be reviewed by the administrator. The administrator can keep the training documents, modify them or delete them. All documents that cause conflicts with other training documents display a special warning when loaded in the training set. This makes it easier to identify and solve conflicts in training documents.
