What is measured?

You can monitor processes related to the two following categories:

  • Server Scheduler Service

  • Kofax Transformation Modules Volume Licenses

The following lists show the items that you can track.

Indicates the average number of concurrent sessions

Partition count

Indicates the current number of partitions (concurrently running batches associated with different projects)

Average partition count

Indicates the average number of concurrently used partitions

Document count

Indicates the total number of processed documents

ExtractionProcess restart count

Indicates the number of automatic restarts for the extraction process.

ExtractionProcess error restart count

Indicates the number of automatic restarts for the extraction process when there are errors

MailroomProcess count

Indicates the number of mailroom processes

MailroomProcess restart count

Indicates the number of automatic restarts for the mailroom process

MailroomProcess error restart count

Indicates the number of automatic restarts for the mailroom process when there are errors

RecognitionProcess count

Indicates the number of recognition processes

ExtractionProcess utilization (%)

Indicates the utilization of the extraction process as a percentage

Server runtime in hours

Indicates the actual runtime of Server in hours

You can find a short description of the service and processes in the topic Service and Process Definitions.

Table 2. Performance Counters for Volume Licensing

Name

Performance Description

5-Fields Extraction

Indicates the remaining number of pages after decrementing each document after the batch was processed (performing extraction of up to five fields with the standard locators, classifiers and OCR)

Unlimited Fields Extraction

Indicates the remaining number of pages after decrementing each document after the batch was processed (performing extraction of unlimited fields with the standard locators, classifiers and OCR)

Table Extraction

Indicates the remaining number of pages after decrementing one for each page in a document where OCR is performed (if the Table Locator is executed on this document)

Professional

Indicates the remaining number of pages after decrementing the number of pages in the batch (if the Trainable Document Separation feature is activated for the project used for the batch)

Check Recognition

Indicates the remaining number of pages after decrementing one for each page in a document extracted by an A2iA Zone Locator's zone using a Check Recognition zone profile

Cursive Field Recognition

Indicates the remaining number of pages after decrementing one for each page in a document extracted by an A2iA Zone Locator's zone using a Cursive Field Recognition zone profile

Cursive Page Recognition

Indicates the remaining number of pages after decrementing one for each page in a document extracted by a Cursive Page Recognition page profile

Arabic OCR

Indicates the remaining number of pages after decrementing one for each page in a document extracted by an Arabic OCR full page profile

Invoice Add-on Pack

Indicates the remaining number of pages after decrementing one for each page in a document where OCR is performed (if the document is assigned to a class with an Advanced Evaluatoruator, a Vendor Locator or a Table Locator)

Invoice Line Item Matching

Indicates the remaining number of pages after decrementing one for each page in a document where OCR is performed (if the Line Item Matching Locator is executed on this document)
