Statistics and Progress Indicators

The following indicators provide information about statistics and the progress of a batch.

Current Batch Information

This includes the name and the processing date of the current batch, and the name of the batch class assigned to the batch.

Current Batch Progress

This area shows the progress of the current batch measured by the number of documents processed, along with the active service. In percentage change, a dynamic bar and a CPU usage history graph show how much CPU is being utilized along with all running extraction processes.

Current Document Statistics

This area shows statistics for the current document. It shows the total number of extracted fields relative to all fields that are already processed and the average extraction confidence. The average confidence can be used to judge overall extraction quality.

Current Document Information

This area shows information about the current document, including the name of the current class (displayed in blue) as well as all fields and their extraction results. The field values are displayed in black if they are associated with a Kofax Capture index field.

If no Kofax Capture index field is associated with a Kofax Transformation Modules extraction field, the fields are extracted but the results are not transferred to Kofax Capture. This can be done intentionally for fields that are needed only during the extraction process. This might also indicate a synchronization error in which the project was not completely synchronized with the batch class.

Event Log

The Warning Count displays the number of warnings and the Error Count displays the number of errors upcoming during document processing progress. Click Reset Counters to reset the counters. The Event Log list displays Kofax Transformation - Server event messages. To see a full message in a message box, double-click an entry.

Current Image

The Current Image Pane displays the actual processed document.
