The default value for <cirrus.external.url> is:

http://localhost:8080/cirrus

Set the value of <cirrus.external.url> in the configuration file cirrus.properties that is located in:

%CIRRUS_HOME%/conf/folder

The initial user account is created with the default user id

ksdadmin

and the expired password:

tobechanged

When logging in with these credentials, you are prompted to set your password.

A message confirms that your password is changed.

You will be redirected to edit the (current) user preferences, where you can set your preferred name, email address, and time zone.
