Create a process and generate forms

Create a process in TotalAgility Designer similar to the one below.

New process for Classification

  1. Configure the following properties of the process:
    1. Select the defined classification group on the process.
    2. Select Initialize from scan. Click here for more information on these properties.
  2. Create a folder. Click here for more information on creating a folder in TotalAgility Designer.

  3. Use the folder as input to the Classify and Document Review activities. Click the following links for more information on how to use a folder (variable) as input to the Classification and Document review activities:
  4. In the User interface, generate the following forms:
    1. Scan create new job form
    2. Activity form for the Document review activity
  5. Release all artifacts.
