Known issues
This section describes issues that you may encounter while using AutoStore and provides workarounds, as applicable.
New file could not be added after a file upload restriction was applied
1780120: Interactive Capture: A newly added file did not appear in the file list if file selector window had been opened while the "File restrictions applied" message was displayed and the file selector window was closed after the restricitions message had been disappeared.
Workaround: Finish adding files while the restrictions message is displayed, or wait until the warning message is no longer displayed and add files only then.
Uploaded documents mistakenly inherited attributes from parent folder
1776324: Uploaded documents still had the parent folder's attributes even if the "Inherit attributes..." check box was not selected.
Workaround: On the Document tab, add the parent folder's attributes and set the values as blank.
