Known issues

This section describes issues that you may encounter while using Output Manager and provides workarounds, as applicable.

Detected devices IP range missing from the grid after new discovery

1594391: Under some circumstances a range of device detection IP addresses can disappear and require entering again.

Workaround: Enter the IP range again.

Ad-Hoc Rule Action Zip Package follow on actions not run on resulting document

1589118: Ad-Hoc Rule Action Zip Package follow on actions are not run on resulting document.

Workaround: This will be fixed in CS 1.2 Fix Pack 1.

Print jobs for LDAP users are not associated with the LDAP user

1596098: When using both Windows users (Active Directory) and LDAP users, if a user prints a document into OM and that user is an LDAP user, AND if that user can also be found in Active Directory, OM will create a new Windows user instead of assigning the document to the existing LDAP user.

Workaround: This will be fixed in CS 1.2 Fix Pack 1.

Text extraction rule is corrupting some Greek language characters

1541493: Output Manager Business Rule action Extract Text (page mode) is corrupting some Greek language characters.

Separate documents are created when an embedded image and attached documents are in the same email

1425407: When receiving a document with the Email Source (EWS / Office365) that includes embedded images and one or more attachments, separate documents are created for the embedded images as well as for the attachments.

Compart is unable to properly create ftmgr.xml when running under local system account in Server 2019

1555089: When Output Manager is running on Server 2019 and its services are configured to use the local system account, transformation operations are not able to utilize all of the fonts available on the system.

Workaround: To prevent this issue, use a domain user account for the services.

Output Manager is unable to get manufacturer and model information from Develop ineo+ devices
