Known issues
This section describes issues that you may encounter while using AutoStore and provides workarounds, as applicable.
Micro Focus component license expires after upgrade
1459644: Micro Focus (HP Trim in CS 1.1) component's license expires after upgrading from CS 1.x to CS 1.2.
Workaround: Manually refresh the license through Configuration Assistant.
After upgrade, the 'Windream' component appears with a red X icon
1590167: After upgrading from an earlier CS 1.x version to CS 1.2 the Windream component still appears in APD with a red X icon.
Workaround: The component can be hidden manually.
SharePoint route component does not work with SharePoint 2010
1594083: SharePoint 2010 support has been discontinued. References to SharePoint 2010 may still appear in some components.
OneDrive file renaming does not handle special characters
1594974: OneDrive fails to upload documents if there are special characters (e.g. #) in the file name scheme.
Workaround: Remove the special characters from the file name scheme.
Token Vault needs to be re-configured and users need to re-authenticate
1559315: Workflows using cloud-based components requiring Token Vault need to be re-configured and users need to re-authenticate.
An error occurs when the 'Remove empty pages' option is active in the PIM component
1524076: PIM Blank Page Removal - An error occurs when the Remove empty pages option is active in the PIM component and the original document is blank
Workaround: Do not process blank-only documents.
An error occurs when using the RightFax.v16.0.6 (EP6) client
1565899: RightFax Capture does not support RightFax.v16.0.6 (EP6) client.
The 'Active' field value changes to 'YES' after opening the component configuration
1597817: iManage Work eConnector activation produces incorrect status if the configuration is not saved.
Workaround: Save the configuration.
OCR component reports an error when 2 or more workflows are run simultaneously
1596384: OCR component may report an error when 2 or more workflows are run simultaneously.
QuickCapturePro results in an invalid workspace problem when used for the first time
1598787: QuickCapturePro results in an invalid workspace problem when using for the first time after installation.
An exception is thrown when changing the field type from 'Lookup List' to 'List'
1597771: WebCapture throws an exception when changing the field type from Lookup List to List and opening its properties.
Workaround: Instead of changing the type, delete the field manually and re-create it.
Cannot change the user by RRT value in iManage Work
