You can start PDF creation from different locations:
from the File Menu of Power PDF
from the shortcut menu (jump list) of the Power PDF icon in the Windows taskbar
from Windows Explorer or from your desktop using a shortcut menu
from integrated applications
from Google Chrome using a downloaded app.
from any print-capable Microsoft Windows application using the Print command (choose Kofax PDF)
from a Document Management System (in the Advanced version only).
Note
With a Typical Installation, the program is integrated in the Office applications at installation time. You can disable or enable this integration at any time using the Custom Installation panel of the installer and clicking Change.
In Power PDF Standard, source files for generation of PDF files can come from a supported cloud storage site. In Power PDF Advanced these are available, along with a range of Document Management Systems (DMS), but only if their integration was enabled during a Custom installation of the program, or subsequently by changing the installation.
