Using Drag-and-Drop

Select one or more files, then drag-and-drop them into an empty Power PDF program window. The source files may be created in different applications.

If you drag files onto a Power PDF window containing a PDF, a shortcut menu offers two choices:

Drop as Stamp: the attachment file becomes a Stamp placed on the current PDF page. You can resize or move it and copy it to further pages. This image is not included in the Stamps panel. To use this, ensure the file contents are suitable for use as a stamp. If you drag and drop a multi page document only the first page is placed.

Drop as Attachment: the dropped files become attachments to the current PDF, retaining their current file types.

Drag and Drop to PDF Convert and Create

You can drag-and-drop one or more XPS or PDF files into the preview panel or toolbar of Convert Assistant to transform them into editable documents.

You can drag-and-drop one or more valid files into the file list area of Create Assistant. These files retain their file types and may include PDF files. The Assistant can then convert them to a single PDF file, create one PDF for each input file, overlay or package the files.
