Choose From Files in the panel display, then choose the first option in the drop-down list:

Direct Creation from Files

An Open file dialog box appears. Keep All files as file type or select one file type, then one or more suitable input files. PDF creation in most cases occurs using current settings. If you accept All files, no settings can be made. If a single file type is selected, only the following offer settings: bmp, jpeg, pcx, png, tiff, for example to choose PDF version and file quality.

Note

Multiple files can be selected, even if they were created in different applications. Each file will be saved to a separate PDF and displayed in separate document windows.

Current settings are used, as defined in the Kofax PDF Create Properties dialog box that you can access through File > Print. In this case, profiles are not available.
