Manage Message Connector Pools

You can configure Message Connector pools on the Tenant Management System.

Create a Message Connector Pool

  1. On the Tenant Management System page, click Message Connector Pools.

    The Shared Message Connector Pools page appears. All the Message Connector Pools are displayed in the All Pools list.

  2. Click Create.

    The Add Pools list appears.

  3. In the Name box, enter a name for the Message Connector pool.
  4. In the Message Connectors list, click Create.

    The Add Message Connector page appears.

    1. In the Name box, enter a unique name for the Message Connector.
    2. By default, the Message Connector is Active.

      At least one Message Connector must be active in a Message Connector pool.

    3. In Message Connector URL, enter the URL to connect with the Message Connector.

      You cannot add the same Message Connector to a Message Connector pool multiple times. However, you can add the same Message Connector to different Message Connector pools.

    4. Optional. Specify the Process password.
    5. To verify the connection with the configured Message Connector, click Test Connection.
    6. Click Save.

      The newly added Message Connector is displayed in the Message Connector list.

    7. Add all the required Message Connectors to this Message Connector pool.
  5. To save the Message Connector pool, click Save.

    The Message Connector pool is displayed in the All Pools list.

  6. To refresh the table, click Refresh.

Update a Message Connector Pool

  1. On the Tenant Management System page, click Message Connector Pools.

    The Shared Message Connector Pools page appears. All the Message Connector pools are displayed in the All Pools list.

  2. Select the Message Connector pool to update.

    The Update Pools list appears.

  3. Add new Message Connector or edit an existing Message Connector details as needed and click Save. To delete a Message Connector from the pool, select the Message Connector to delete and click Delete.

    A message appears to confirm.

  4. Click OK.

    The All Pools list displays the updated Message Connector pool list.

Delete a Message Connector Pool

  1. On the Tenant Management System page, click Message Connector Pools.

    The Shared Message Connector Pools page appears. All the Message Connector pools are displayed in the All Pools list.

  2. Select the Message Connector pool to delete and click Delete.

    A message appears to confirm.

  3. Click OK.

    The All Pools list displays the updated Message Connector pool list.
