Manage tenants

Tenant Management System manages each tenant. Before adding a tenant you must have the following key information:

  • Tenant details, such as name, email address and primary user information.

  • The database server name, which is used by the data.

You can allocate one-time-use volume license to an Azure tenant. This volume is accurately decremented when used by that tenant.

The Tenant Management System allocates an on-premise SQL Server database for each tenant. The Tenant Master database contains information about all tenants that are registered through Tenant Management System.

On installing on-premise multi-tenancy, the Tenant Master is created.

The database also holds the TotalAgility data (processes, forms, jobs, and so on) required to perform the business-process activities that the tenant defines.

  • You must have login credentials for the on-premise SQL Server where you will create a tenant database and tenant user.

  • You can allocate recurring imaging and transformation volume to each tenant. When you allocate volume to a tenant, only that tenant can decrement the volume.

  • You cannot allocate reserve volume to the tenant.
