Activate licenses

Activate your production or development licenses if you did not do so during installation.

  1. Logon to the Tenant Management System.
  2. On the License Activation page, select the environment licenses to activate by clicking the Production or the Development tab.
  3. Enter the Server Name and Port Number for Primary Server and Backup Server.

    Activate the backup license server if the primary server is disabled.

  4. To update the license server, click Set Primary & Backup License Servers.

    You can update the location of the license server to use, as this may have changed after the installation.

  5. For Primary and Backup servers, select either type of activation:

    • Automatic: Click this option to activate the license automatically and enter the Serial Number and Product Code.

    • Manual: Click this option to activate the license manually and enter the Activation Code. (It is a mandatory field).

    The license server automatically generates the machine Id.

  6. Click Activate.

    If you purchased additional users/volume licenses since the previous activation, the system updates the counts.
