What's new

Three new practice exercises are available in the Kofax Insight Tutorial: "Overwrite concept," "Time zone configuration," "Dashboard filters in derived fields." Review and complete the exercises to better understand the logic of the data overwrite concept, create a record with multiple time fields, define the time zone settings, and convert dates to the Insight server time. With these exercises, you will also learn how to use filter values in derived fields as well as in data filters in on-demand dashboard requests.

Kofax TotalAgility 7.11.0. provides the Unified Licensing functionality for Insight 6.5.0. For details, see the Kofax Insight Admin Console Help.

The login statistics (number of user logins, concurrent users by time) and statistics on using dashboards (open views, export to Excel, print to PDF) are available on the Statistics tab in the Admin Dashboard. For details, see the Kofax Insight Admin Console Help.

Insight 6.5.0 uses a service principal with certificate authentication to access the Azure Key Vault. The certificate is assigned to the cloud service and to the service principal, which enables you to authenticate using the Key Vault. You can create and upload custom HTML error and logout pages for the Insight applications. You can also create a custom login page for Insight and login panel authentications. For details, see the Kofax Insight Admin Console Help.

You can now select an option to deliver alert messages to the user's email address. For details, see the Kofax Insight Admin Console Help.

The template in the Quick search text field in the Property panel enables you to exclude elements from the search. For details, see the Kofax Insight Studio Help.

If you map the translation table to the record field, you can select the Can be null property for this field, which will display empty or undefined translation table fields. For details, see the Kofax Insight Studio Help.

You can now use .csv files as a data source in Insight Studio.
