Using old eMail Option Pack files as an input source

If you used one of ReadSoft Collector's predecessors, eMail Option Pack or EMAIL, you can use files created by that product as input to ReadSoft Collector. To do this:

Open the ReadSoft Collector General settings dialog

Open the ReadSoft Collector General settings dialog

Click the Input sources tab.

Click .

1. In the dialog that is displayed, select Old eMail Option Pack files in the Type drop-down list.

In the Display name box, type a name that helps you remember what the input source configuration is used for. When the input source configuration is complete, what you enter here is displayed in the Display name column of the Input dialog.

Add any additional relevant information in the Description box, and click Next.

2. In the next dialog, specify the:

   • Source folder: where to find old Email Option Pack source files.

   • Archive folder: where to save attachments (images).

   • Error folder: where to save files when errors occur during processing.

3. Click Finish (this is not available until step 6 is complete).
