Move pages and documents

If a batch contains a page or document that is located in the wrong position in a batch, you can move it to the correct position.

You can reorder documents in a batch by dragging them or by selecting commands in the Document menu or shortcut menu. Move Document to Top moves the document to the beginning of the batch. Move Document Up moves the document one position higher in the batch. Move Document Down moves the document one position lower in the batch. Move Document to Bottom moves the document to the end of the batch. Alternatively, you can use shortcut keys to move documents. You cannot move multiple selected documents.

You can reorder pages in a document by dragging them or by selecting commands in the Page menu or shortcut menu. Move Page to Beginning moves the page to the beginning of the document. Move Page Left moves the page one position left in the document. Move Page Right moves the page one position right in the document. Move Page to End moves the page to the end of the document.

Important You can move page to a different document and move a document only for batches that contain no folders.
  1. Select the document or page you want to move.
  2. From the Document or Page menu, select one of the move commands, use a shortcut key, or use drag-and-drop to move your selection.
  3. If necessary, repeat step 2 until the document or page is in the desired position.
