Add an E-mail

You can easily send an email from within a workflow solution.

1. Click  below the RPA node or any other node.

   By default, a Start node and an RPA node are added in the Designer area.

   The Add activity dialog box is displayed.

2. To add E-Mail node, click  below the RPA node.

   By default, a Start node and an RPA node are added in the Designer area.

   The Add activity dialog box is displayed.

3. On the Type list, select E-mail. (Default: Task)

   You cannot add an E-mail activity if the SMTP server is not pre-configured.

4. By default, e-mail appears as the Title. You can change the title as needed.
5. In the To field, enter an inline value or select a variable.
6. In the Subject and Body fields, enter a combination of plain text and variables.
7. Click Add.

   The e-mail is added and the properties are updated and displayed in the properties panel.
