Management Console

Work being orchestrated by TotalAgility falls into the following areas:

  • Jobs

  • Activities (both automated and manual)

  • Worker tasks

  • Schedules

  • Machines

Work is completed by an automation agent on a particular machine, or by routing it to the correct human resource for manual task completion.

The Management Console provides visibility into the functioning of the entire deployment. It provides insight into what is happening now and what has happened recently so that areas of concern can be addressed, or the system can be optimized for future performance.

Administrators can therefore identify issues quickly and efficiently or intercept the automation agents to optimize and adjust how they are processing work.

The Management Console option in Workspace is only available for TotalAgility on-premise installations. It is not available for on-premise multi-tenant and Azure environments.
