Detailed Description

An enum which optionally identifies the desired File I/O Engine used for reading and writing.

There are two different File I/O Engines supported by the Image Class:

• Standard Android native File I/O using Android native classes.
• Proprietary, optimized File I/O which supports JPEG, PNG, and TIFF file formats.

Note: The optimized File I/O Engine supports PNG file writing, but not PNG file reading. The default File I/O Engine used is the optimized File I/O.
