Storing a Variant

If you determine that a certain signature repeatedly enters visual inspection, i.e. when a signature has intermediately changed, you may save the cheque signature as a variant signature. Note, that a variant is always saved with the actual date, not the clearing-date of the document, so that the signatory list won’t be displayed for documents of an elder date.
This function can be disabled by the system administrator.
