Document View

The document view consists of the Navigation Bar, the SignCheck Status Bar, the Information Bar and the View Bar, one below the other. The Event-Button Cell is situated leftmost next to these bars by default.

Below the bars there is the field to display the document’s data. This field has a light grey colour in normal case. If the document is currently locked (see also "No Decisions" Icon), it will be coloured red.

If the corresponding checkboxes in the View Bar are activated, the Cheque Image and the Snippet will be shown on the left-hand side of the display field. Its right side is used to display the reference data, either the Signatory List, Stock Image List or the SignInfo List. Below that display field the document’s Detailed Information can be displayed.

When loading the document, only the Snippet and the Signatory List (if VTV or PTSV is the active queue, the signatory list is dropped) will be shown by default. The exact views for the documents per queue are configured by the administrator. The system administrator also configures whether user-changes in the view of a document are adopted when subsequent documents are loaded form the same queue.

Both the Event Buttons and the status icons shown in the Current Document Status will be displayed in all Detailed Views of data that is subordinated to the document, i.e. Document History or the Cheque Image.
