This option allows you to create a user-defined list. A click on the Serach User Decisions icon shows a view with a search form for decisions of the user of interest. A valid user name needs to be entered into the search field.

Furthermore, a queue has to be selected from the pulldown-menu below. Besides, there is a checkbox for choosing the corresponding hold-queue instead of the normal queue. After submitting the form, a new list based on the request is loaded.
