For each automate and each check status there is a list displaying the documents momentarily located in this status along with some information about the documents. By clicking on the desired document reference number in the list the corresponding Document View is loaded.
If this menu item is loaded for the first time, only the Basic View will be displayed. After selecting a list once, the last selected list is displayed below the Basic View whenever the menu item "Lists" is loaded again.
This menu item can be blinded out by the system administrator.
