Reject Button
Contents
With this action the reject the current document, which means the check reveals irregularities or missing data. By clicking a new view is loaded, showing a list of reject reasons. You may either choose one of the default reasons or insert an own free text under "rejected, see text".
Infotip: shows all selectable reject reasons for direct selection
The next document is displayed according to priority and blocked for other users.
The corresponding button has different layouts in Queues and Lists mode.
When working in the Queue mode further Reject buttons may appear. The buttons appear only under the following condition(s):
1.Account Grouping is activated in the workflow.
2.The respective button is set configured as visible.
Sets all loaded documents to rejected.
Sets all loaded documents which have no decision made to rejected.
When working with Account Grouping the Reject button will perform a get next from the loaded account group, not from the server.
