Queue View

The Queue View complies with the view of the Queues menu. There is a pulldown-menu for jumping to another queue as well as a pulldown-menu to select another BNO. Both show the momentarily valid value of the document.
When jumping, the document with the highest priority in the requested queue is loaded.
