Assigned variants apply directly to one or two authorised signatories. Thus, the same signature powers as for the authorised signatories apply to these variants. If a variant applies to two authorised signatories, the higher of the two limits is valid.

Example

Authorised signatory A has signature authorisation up to EUR 10,000.

Authorised signatory B has signature authorisation up to EUR 30,000.

The variant for A and B likewise has signature authorisation up to EUR 30,000.
