With this action the current document is accepted, what means that the check of the document was ok and the document is now free for further processing. The next document is displayed according to priority and blocked for other users.

The corresponding button has different layouts in Queues and Lists mode.

 

When working in the Queue mode further Accept buttons may appear. The buttons appear only under the following condition(s):

1.Account Grouping is activated in the workflow.

2.The respective button is set configured as visible.

 

Sets all loaded documents to accepted.

Sets all loaded documents which have no decision made to accepted.

 

When working with Account Grouping the Accept button will perform a get next from the loaded account group, not from the server.
