When changes are made, they are first saved locally, that is, not in the server database.

As long as 'Chg' (see Column 1 - Icons) appears in front of an authorized person in the list, the changes have not yet been transferred to the database.

If these changes are not to be saved, the user must select Clear Workspace in the File menu. This has the same effect as a logoff followed by a logon.

This menu option is inactive if no changes have been made.
