The icon column is used to indicate differences / deviations to standard situations. All icons and the respective meaning are listed below:

Info

The Info sign is shown in the following cases:

•ASV is disabled

•Signature style is not latin

•Instruction exists

•Not all valid rules are displayed

Del

Signatory was deleted. The deletion has not been performed within the database.

His

Signatory was deleted. The deletion is already transferred to the database. An "undelete" is no longer possible.

Chg

The signatory data has been changed but not yet transferred to the database (see chapter Save workspace).

Ver

Changes to a signatory has been saved but has not yet been verified by another person.

 

Double clicking this column will open a dialog where you can view / edit signatory data.

Within the file custom.properties it is possible to specify, if icons or the above described abbreviations will be used in the signatory list.
