Assigned variants apply directly to one or two authorized signatories. The same signature powers as for the authorized signatories thus apply to these variants. If a variant applies to two authorized signatories, the higher of the two limits is valid.

 

Example

Authorized signatory A has signature authorization up to EUR 10,000.

Authorized signatory B has signature authorization up to EUR 30,000.

The variant for A and B likewise has signature authorization up to EUR 30,000.
