Configuring SSL for Support Service

To configure SLL for Support Service, do the following:

  1. In Business Connect Server Configuration Manager, click the Support Service tab.

  2. If the Server status is “Running”, then click Stop.
  3. Select the Use SSL checkbox.
  4. Select <New self signed...> from the Choose Certificate list.
  5. In the New Self Signed Certificate dialog box, do the following:
    Business Connect Configuration Manager - New Self Signed Certificate
    1. Enter your Company name.
    2. Set the Expire Date to create the desired period
    3. Enter a Password for the certificate.
    4. Click OK.
The certificate file in stored in the C:\ProgramData\Kofax\BusinessConnect\Config directory.
