Equitrac configuration

To configure Equitrac to work with the Unified Client for Lexmark, set up the following:

• Follow-You Printing.

• Workflows for sending documents.

• Billing codes and pricing for printing costs.

• Color quotas.

• Copy rules.

• Account limits.

When you register a Lexmark device in DRS, an entry for a physical device is also included in Equitrac Web System Manager. If you are registering a device that is branded by a manufacturer other than Lexmark, the fields for Manufacturer and Model are left blank. These fields are used for reporting purposes only and do not affect any functionality.
