Lookup list field
A lookup list field allows users to specify items from a database table:
- Lookup list - Single select:
- Lookup list - Multiple select:
- Either a List or a Lookup list field need to have a configured data source.

If multiple selection is allowed for a Lookup List field, it is displayed as a choice list with multiple select supported.
- If multiple selection is not allowed for a Lookup List field, it is displayed as a choice list with single select supported.
- Search and add functionalities are not supported.
