Resend a signing request

Sometimes a SignDoc Standard user is requested to resend the signing package to recipients. A new email address for the recipient can be entered.

A user can resend a signing package to one or more recipients.

  1. On the Signing packages page, select View for a signing package.



  2. Go to the Recipients section and select Send email for the corresponding recipient.



  3. Type the email subject and body text (message to the recipient) and select the check box to include the link for signing. If no email address exists for the recipient, you can add it. If no email address exists for the recipient, you can add it.



  4. Click Send to confirm and send the email.
