Global license

Kofax SignDoc supports two different license models:

1.Account license
For each account a different license is required

2.Global license
One license is used for existing and future accounts

It is possible to switch from the account license model to the global license model but not vice versa.

To install a global license open the Administration Center, log in as a server administrator and then click on the global settings icon:

 

 

Scroll down to the global license section.

 

 

To install a global license click the Install License button.

 

 

Click the BROWSE button to select the license.
Confirm the selected license is correct and click the OK button.

Once installed some license information like state and expiry date is displayed now.

 

 

A global license can be updated by using the Update License button.
