    A new parameter "pdap_mark_unread" is available in the "pdweb-app.properties" file to highlight documents that have not yet been opened in bold type in the document overview list.

    Document detail view content fully scrollable

    The content in the document detail view is now fully scrollable. Previously, it was only possible to scroll in the top or bottom sections.

    Default drop-down list selection in search dialog boxes changed from "Please select" to "All"

    In search dialog boxes, the default value for drop-down list boxes has been changed from "Please select" to "All" to indicate that if nothing is selected, all values will be found.

    Enter note in Workflow status popup

    A new tab is now available in the "Workflow status" popup in which users can enter a note (for example, when forwarding a document, sending a query, or assigning processors to the next workflow step).

    New cursor positioning behavior

    The positioning of the cursor when entering the document detail view, the notes pane or a popup has been improved, in that the cursor is now placed in the appropriate field; for example, in the first mandatory field, or, if there is no mandatory field, in the first empty field.

    Department and phone number in user search results

    The WORK CYCLE user search help results now also display the department and phone number fields.

    Hotspot functionality in Fast Entry fields not working

    Fixed an issue whereby the hotspot functionality in the fields in Fast Entry documents was not working. (EMEIC2563)

    Balance after "Finish" function

    Fixed an issue whereby a balance was still displayed after executing the "Finish" function in an FI document with multiple vendor lines. (EMEIC2557)

    Short dump during "Park" function

    Fixed an issue whereby the CALL_FUNCTION_PARM_MISSING short dump occured during the "Park" function. (EMEIC2544)

    Error message 00410 in /COCKPIT/3 transaction

    Fixed an issue whereby the error message 00410 - "Function not currently supported" was displayed when using various functions in the /COCKPIT/3 transaction. (EMEIC2562)

    Empty fields for delivery costs after "SAP_DOC_IMPORT"

    Fixed an issue whereby the "Step number" and "Condition counter" fields were empty after generating the final version from the SAP document (setting in /COCKPIT/C6). (EMEIC2588)

    Missing buttons for account assignment data

    Fixed an error whereby on a small screen in the SAP GUI, the buttons normally displayed beneath the account assignment data were missing for FI documents, so lines could not be added or deleted. (EMEIC2497)

    Bank master data missing in Vendor tab

    Fixed an issue whereby if the bank number contained an invalid character (for example, -), the bank master data could not be read and an error message was displayed on the "Vendor" tab. (EMEIC2541)

    "Park" function does not work if "Documents not cross-company code" option activated

    Fixed an issue whereby if the "Documents not cross-company code" option in the FB00 transaction was activated, the "Park" function did not work and an error message was displayed. (EMEIC2515)

    Vendor number in /COCKPIT/MD_EXPORT has leading zeros

    Fixed an issue whereby the vendor number had leading zeros in the /COCKPIT/MD_EXPORT transaction. (EMEIC2610)

    Wrong message in document history after DUE_DATE_CHECK

    Fixed an issue whereby if a user ran the DUE_DATE_CHECK program and did not have authorization for a document, messages for that document were erroneously displayed in the document history of other documents. (EMEIC2519)

    Error when posting invoice for PO with freight conditions

    Fixed an issue that resulted in error message e524(M8) “You cannot process conditions for delivery costs” on posting an invoice relating to a PO with freight conditions, due to missing fields in the BAPI. There are prerequisite SAP Notes for this fix. See the EMEIC for details. (EMEIC2561)

    Validation warning messages not displayed

    Fixed an issue whereby certain FI Validation warning messages coming from the BAPI were not displayed in PROCESS DIRECTOR. (EMEIC2575)

    “Reversed with” fields not cleared after posting/parking

    Fixed an issue whereby when a reversed document was posted or parked, the reversal document number and year were not cleared. (EMEIC2601)

    Incorrect currency conversion in accrual document

    Fixed an error whereby when creating an accrual document, local currency was used instead of foreign currency, and vice versa.

    Fixes for SAP Apparel and Footwear

    Several fixes were made for SAP Apparel and Footwear compatibility (/AFS/). (EMEIC2598)
    - A purchase order with AFS items can now be parked.
    - The net price and net value are now shown in the “PO schedule”.
    - Items proposal now works for AFS items with the MM item suggestion options 3 “All (non billable without price/quantity)” and 4 “All (non billable with PO price/quantity)”.

    No documents returned by search criteria Posted/Unposted In workflow

    Fixed an error that resulted in no documents being found if the document status search options “Posted / In workflow” and “Unposted / In workflow” (and only these) were used in combination with the “Maximum no. of hits” option. Also, some selections were ignored if the “Transfer to PD” option was deactivated in /COCKPIT/C4. (EMEIC2553)

    Incorrect UoM value and error message for service PO items

    Fixed an error that resulted in the wrong values being entered in the “Order unit” field of an invoice relating to a PO with service items. The message e369(M8) Unit of measure … differs from unit of measure … in order item …” was also displayed. This occurred on transfer and when checking the document. (EMEIC2549)

    Automatic UoM determination incorrect

    Fixed an error whereby a captured unit of measurement value was changed to the purchase order value without conversion. This error was introduced by EMEICs 2259 and 2292. (EMEIC2250)

    Cursor moves to another field on pressing ENTER key

    Fixed an error whereby in the document header, the cursor moved to a different field when the user pressed the ENTER key. (EMEIC2615)

    Invoice reduction posting error in REPETITOR

    Fixed an error whereby an invoice reduction document was not posted in the same REPETITOR run as the original invoice. (EMEIC2621)

    Duplicate fields in Fast Entry

    Fixed an issue whereby if default Fast Entry fields (such as Vendor or Document Date) were added to /COCKPIT/C53, these fields were displayed twice. (EMEIC2585)

    Error message if gross amount zero or not entered

    Fixed an error that resulted in the error message "Please enter a gross amount on the invoice data screen" if the gross amount was 0 or left empty, even if the user was not using the function of generating the final version from the SAP document. (EMEIC2579)

    Fields with status "mandatory" can only be displayed

    Fixed an issue whereby after implementing EMEIC2218 or upgrading, fields with the status "mandatory" could only be displayed, not modified. (EMEIC2518)

    Hidden Fast Entry fields displayed as empty lines

    Fixed an issue whereby Fast Entry fields configured as hidden in /COCKPIT/C55 were displayed as empty lines. (EMEIC2586)

    Payment Method Supplement field cannot be displayed in /COCKPIT/1 overview screen

    Fixed an issue whereby if the user tried to change the grid layout in the document overview, it was not possible to display the "Payment Method Supplement" standard header field. (EMEIC2526)

    Error on posting cross-company entries

    Fixed an issue that resulted in an error while posting cross-company entries because the header company code was used, instead of the company code from the accounting line. (EMEIC2609)

    Item proposal does not inform that the PO is locked

    Fixed an issue whereby when a user tried to perform item proposal and the PO was locked by another user, the system only informed the user that the item proposal was not successful, not that the PO was locked by another user. (EMEIC2523)

    For "Send message" function, not all email recicipients are mentioned in message log

    Fixed an issue whereby when the "Send message" function was used, only the first email recipient was mentioned in the message log instead of all the recipients. (EMEIC2605)

    ISR number cannot be deleted

    Fixed an issue whereby the ISR number could not be deleted. (EMEIC2578)

    Text type and follow-up flags for Supplier Portal

    A new text type SO, and new follow-up flags, SA and SN, have been introduced to identify Supplier Portal notes and attachments. Previously, Supplier Portal used the WEB BOARD text type and follow-up flags. (EMEIC2196)

    Purchase order history displays old data even after update

    Fixed an issue whereby the popup window displayed on clicking the "PO history" button in "PO data" showed old data, even though the user had updated the purchase order data (in a parallel session). (EMEIC2620)

    Reversal document cannot be opened if the current company code is not the same as the reversed document's company code

    Fixed an error whereby if the current company code was not the same as a reversed document's company code, the reversal document could not be opened. (EMEIC2524)

    GL account description not visible when user setting flag is active

    Fixed an issue whereby if the user setting to always enter the detail screen in change mode was activated, the GL account description was not visible in the posted FI document. (EMEIC2600)

    FI posting with PA segment not possible

    Fixed an issue whereby it was not possible to post FI documents if the setting “CO-PA segment during FI entry” was activated in /COCKPIT/C6. (EMEIC2534)

    Internal notes in PROCESS DIRECTOR not hidden on WORK CYCLE overview screen

    Fixed an issue whereby the internal notes in PROCESS DIRECTOR were not hidden on the WORK CYCLE document overview list. (EMEIC2552)

    Issue in vendor determination search 002

    Fixed an issue revealed by an analysis tool in vendor determination search 002, “VAT registration number” (missing SORT before deletion of table entries). (EMEIC2602)

    Error message during multi-account assignment

    Fixed an issue that resulted in the error message M8377 “Complete at least one line of & for item &” during multi-account assignment. (EMEIC2539)

    Tax code and Tax Jurisdiction code behave differently

    Fixed an issue whereby Tax code (TAX_CODE) and Tax Jurisdiction code (TAXJURCODE) behaved differently in the item and multi-account assignment tables. (EMEIC2581)

    Item/account line in document overview list has incorrect format

    Workflow log not linked to SAP document after posting

    Fixed an issue whereby for posted documents without attachments, the workflow log was not linked to the SAP document. (EMEIC2529)

    Cost center check wrong if document has cross-company code

    Fixed an issue whereby the cost center check was incorrect if the document contained a cross-company code. (EMEIC2609)

    Issue in report to update payment information

    Fixed an issue revealed by an analysis tool in the /COCKPIT/REVERSAL_CLEARING report (missing SORT before DELETE ADJACENT DUPLICATES). (EMEIC2604)

    Table "/COCKPIT/TWCSE" not cleared after workflow recall

    Fixed an issue whereby the "/COCKPIT/TWCSE" table was not cleared after workflow recall. (EMEIC2599)

    Omission of table in User Exit 30

    Fixed an issue whereby the /COCKPIT/BALANCE_COMPUTE function did not pass the IT_ACCT_ASSIGN table to User Exit 30, “Own calculation of the balance of a document”. (EMEIC2572)

    Tax code removal on assigning reference (Service Entry sheet)

    Fixed an issue whereby on assigning a reference (Service Entry sheet) where the tax code field was blank, the tax code on the line items was also removed. (EMEIC2593)

    Document item text not updated correctly for planned delivery cost booking

    Fixed an issue whereby if the final version of the PROCESS DIRECTOR document was created from the posted SAP document, the item text was not updated correctly for planned delivery costs. (EMEIC2525)

    Error message when resizing window

    Fixed an issue whereby if a user highlighted a document in the document overview list and then tried to resize the window, an error message stating that the action is not allowed was displayed. (EMEIC2573)

    Vendor incorrectly populated from PO

    Fixed an issue whereby if no vendor was determined, line item proposal automatically populated the vendor from the purchase order instead of leaving the field empty. (EMEIC2580)

    Rejection mails not available for selection

    Fixed an error whereby message texts flagged as “Default for reject” in /COCKPIT/C35 were not available in the message selection list for documents that can be rejected if the field display option for these texts was set to “Display” or “Hidden”. (EMEIC2587)

    "Company Code" and "PD Doc Type" configuration not working for User Exit 016

    Fixed an error whereby the "Company Code" and " PD Doc Type" configuration for User Exit 016 were not working. (EMEIC2582)

    Incorrect reference to customer function on rejection via “Send message” function

    Fixed an issue whereby a system message related to a customer function was erroneously displayed when documents were rejected via the “Send message” function. (EMEIC2591)

    No error message when entering purchase order with deletion indicator

    Fixed an issue whereby it was possible to enter a purchase order with a deletion indicator; an error message was only displayed checking or posting. (EMEIC2551)

    Processor field not filled on automatic posting

    Fixed an issue whereby the “Processor” field was not filled when a document was posted on transfer to PROCESS DIRECTOR Accounts Payable and the option “Generate final version from SAP document” was not activated in /COCKPIT/C6. This could result in incorrect data in PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS. (EMEIC2560)

    Fast Entry document returns to Fast Entry status after submission to PROCESS DIRECTOR

    Fixed an issue whereby if the user setting “If possible, always enter detailed view in change mode” was activated and the user submitted a Fast Entry document to PROCESS DIRECTOR Accounts Payable, then responded to the prompt asking if the data should be saved, the status of the document changed back to “Fast Entry”.     Multi-account assignment text not transferred to SAP

    Fixed an issue whereby if SAP Note 1065416 had been implemented, the value of the “Item Text” field was not transferred to the SAP document on posting. (EMEIC2554)

    No amount for line items with conditions in drag and drop popup

    Fixed an issue whereby when assigning line items to the invoice from the PO via drag and drop, no net amount was displayed in the PO for line items with conditions. (EMEIC2574)

    Custom authorization check not performed on all header data

    Fixed an issue whereby the function /COCKPIT/USER_AUTHORITY_CHECK, which validates whether an SAP user assigned as a workflow processor is allowed to view the document, was only called with BUKRS and LIFNR. The entire header is now passed. (EMEIC2556)

    Reference document not available for movement type 107

    Fixed an issue whereby if a goods receipt was posted with movement type 107, it was not available in the “Reference Document” search help in PROCESS DIRECTOR. (EMEIC2571)

    Duplicate records in OCR tables cause short dump in BW

    A check has been implemented to prevent entries that already exist in the PROCESS DIRECTOR OCR tables from being added again (with the same key). Multiple entries in these tables resulted in duplicate keys that led to a short dump in BW. (RSPDN3453)

    Button to jump to User Exit coding missing

    Fixed an issue whereby the button to display the User Exit coding was not available in /COCKPIT/WI23. (EMEIC2564)

    Nota Fiscal fields in accounting lines not hidden

    Fixed an issue whereby unnecessary Nota Fiscal fields were only grayed out in the accounting lines, not hidden. (EMEIC2577)

    Debit/Credit flag incorrect in tax table

    Fixed an error whereby for an FI document with both debit and credit accounting line items, the debit/credit flag was not copied correctly to the tax table. (EMEIC2576)

    Negative quantity in service purchase order causes short dump

    Fixed an error whereby a negative quantity in a service purchase order caused a short dump. (EMEIC2527)

    Fast Entry: Duplicate lines when transferring multiple documents

    Fixed an issue whereby when transferring multiple Fast Entry documents to PROCESS DIRECTOR Accounts Payable, the item, accounting and tax lines of the other documents were included in the first transferred document. (EMEIC2555)

    Additional check message type E blocks posting in REPETITOR

    Fixed an issue whereby the additional check message type "E Error message" prevented posting in REPETITOR, but not during transfer. This message type now allows posting in REPETITOR as well. Only message type X "Error message, no posting" prevents posting. (EMEIC2540)

    Take over processing not working correctly

    Fixed an issue in umbrella systems whereby if the user confirmed takeover in the “Continue processing” popup, the change of processor was not stored on the database, with the result that further actions by the user resulted in the popup being displayed again. This problem only occurred when using non-trusted RFCs. (RSPDN4140)

    Short dump when posting via EDI interface

    Fixed an issue that resulted in a short dump when posting documents via the EDI interface after implementing OSS Note 743744. (EMEIC2531)

    EDI COCKPIT does not find SAP document number

    Fixed an issue whereby EDI COCKPIT posted a document as IDOC, but failed to retrieve the SAP document number. (EMEIC2538)

    Group check box not cleared after group action

    Fixed an issue whereby the check box to select multiple items was not cleared after an action had been performed on the items.

    No PO attachment list displayed

    Fixed an error whereby if the “pdweb-app.properties” parameter “pd_imagedocking_width” was set to zero (display attachments in a popup), only the first PO attachment was displayed and there was no list to select other attachments.

    Email issues related to recalling invoices

    Fixed an issue whereby using the "Recall" Worklist node caused errors in the email generation. (EMEIC2520)

    WORK CYCLE user search by email is case sensitive

    Fixed an error whereby when using an email address to searching for a WORK CYCLE user, the search was case sensitive. (EMEIC2521)

    "Audit trail" information not available

    Fixed an issue whereby clicking the "Audit trail" icon sometimes did not display any information.

    Insufficient user validation on approval/forward/query

    Fixed an issue whereby although the Web Application checked the valid recipients for a workflow step as soon as the user pressed the Approve/Forward/Query button, it did not perform deeper checks, such as the principle of dual control or User Exit logic, until a later stage. This could result in the user having to correct the recipients several times. A full user validation is now performed when the Approve/Forward/Query button is pressed. (EMEIC2530) Please note that if the EMEIC is implemented without upgrading the Web Application, users are validated correctly, but individual messages detailing the exact problem (for example, regarding violation of the principle of dual control) are not displayed; only one generic message is displayed.

    Incorrect amounts if currency reference has different number of decimals

    Fixed an error whereby amounts were not displayed correctly if the field had a currency reference with a different number of decimals.

    Text of read-only notes does not wrap

    Fixed an issue whereby when notes were displayed read-only, the text did not wrap as it does when entering notes.

    Scrollbar missing in the Attachments panel

    Fixed an issue whereby the Attachments panel was missing a scrollbar.

    Missing icon mapping for new Office files

    Fixed an issue whereby the corresponding icons for new Microsoft Office files attached to a document were missing.

    System ID not displayed after entering wrong credentials for logging in

    Fixed an issue whereby on entering the wrong credentials while logging in, the system ID was no longer displayed.

    Wrong header layout if mandatory fields empty

    Fixed an issue with the layout of the header data that arose if mandatory fields were empty.

    Cannot navigate between input fields with TAB key

    Fixed an issue whereby under certain circumstances it was not possible to move between input fields using the TAB key.

    Cannot upload attachment if mandatory fields empty

    Fixed an error that resulted in an error message when uploading an attachment if mandatory fields in the document were empty.

    Amounts in account assignment for PO incorrectly converted

    Fixed an error whereby amounts in the account assignment for purchase order items were incorrect because they were formatted against the invoice currency instead of the PO currency.

    Workflow next steps displayed in wrong order

    Fixed an issue whereby in the “Workflow status” popup , the next steps in a workflow were not displayed in the order in which they were configured.

    BAPI messages not written to log file

    Fixed an error whereby BAPI messages were not added to the Web Application log file.

    CSV file archived as Excel document

    Fixed an error whereby a CSV file uploaded in the Web Application was archived in SAP as an XLS file.

    Issues with display of header data

    Fixed some issues with the display of the header data panels that resulted in data being only partly visible, or not visible at all.

    Recipient not found when the sender and recipient are the same user

    Fixed an issue whereby when users tried to send a workflow to themselves, the search help did not give any results. (EMEIC2618)

    Error when creating invoice from template

    Fixed an issue that resulted in an error message when creating an invoice from a template in which the currency was defined.

    Incorrect search help results when assigning line item approvers

    Fixed an issue that resulted in an incorrect search help result set when assigning approvers to line items of a document.

    JCo connections not released in SSO scenario

    Fixed an issue that occurred when using MYSAPSSO2 for single sign-on. Under certain circumstances, JCo connections were not released, resulting in a session overrun that could cause the Web Application to crash.

    Search help displays cost objects of wrong company code

    Fixed an issue whereby accounting line cost object search helps limited to a specific company code only took into account the company code in the header, and not in the individual accounting lines.

    Error message on approval after replacing default recipient

    Fixed an issue that resulted in an error message on approval if a pre-assigned recipient was replaced with a different user. This error occurred when using a custom search function (“StdUsedrSearchService.properties” file) and the “Principle of dual control” setting.

    Taxes tab displayed when all fields are hidden

    Fixed an error whereby the “Taxes” tab was displayed even if all tax fields were set to “Hidden” by the field status.

    French characters incorrectly displayed

    Fixed an issue whereby French special characters were not displayed correctly in a 4.6C system without Unicode.

    Conversion of currencies not working correctly when creating invoices

    Fixed an issue whereby the conversion of certain currencies did not work correctly when creating invoices in the Web Application. (EMEIC2603)

    Incorrect date format for audit trail

    Fixed an error whereby in the audit trail for Accounts Payable documents, the date was always formatted as YYYY-MM-DD, regardless of the current locale.

    Disabled node active in Web Application

    Fixed an error whereby a node disabled in the configuration was still active in the Web Application.

    Taxes table not refreshed on saving

    Fixed an issue whereby when using a User Exit to modify the "Taxes" table, the fields in this table were not updated correctly when the user clicked the "Save" button.

    Using lowercase in user names leads to recipients not receiving the documents

    Fixed an error whereby when a user entered a recipient's user name in lowercase for forwarding and querying actions, the user name was not changed to uppercase and the recipient did not receive the document and could not see it in the Worklist. (EMEIC2565)

    Saving locked user as active substitute deletes all other substitutes

    Fixed an issue whereby saving a locked user as an active substitute resulted in all the other substitutes being deleted.

    "Tax Amount" value gets rounded up on clicking "Save" the first time

    Fixed an issue whereby the number entered in the "Tax Amount" field was rounded up to its nearest value on clicking "Save" the first time.

    Multi-account assignment data from previous purchase order displayed

    Fixed an issue whereby on changing the purchase order number in a line item that has a multi-account assignment to a purchase order without multi-account assignment, the Web Application still displayed the multi-account assignment data from the previous purchase order. (EMEIC2536)

    "Workflow status" window has wrong button label and tooltip

    Fixed an issue whereby the button to close the "Workflow status" window had the wrong label and tooltip. Both have now been changed to "Close". (RSPDN3218)

    Invalid currency key can be entered in Web Application

    Incorrect error message when document rejected

    Fixed an error whereby the error message “The document is currently in workflow, action not possible” was displayed when the user tried to reject a workflow step without entering a mandatory note. (EMEIC2528)

    Line item approval “Next processor” search help not working

    Fixed an error whereby the search help for the “Next processor” and “Next processor type” fields did not work for a workflow step with user assignment in the background. (EMEIC2606)

    User cannot be deleted after recall

    Fixed an issue with the deletion of users that was revealed by an analysis tool (sorting before DELETE statement). (EMEIC2608)

    Cannot open document in workflow history if user not authorized for /COCKPIT/1

    Fixed an issue whereby WORK CYCLE users who had no authorization for /COCKPIT/1 could not open the documents in the workflow history. (EMEIC2543)

    No user check against possible users in user group

    Fixed an issue whereby on entering and confirming a user group as a recipient during workflow start without pressing "Enter" (which divides the user group into indvidual users), the check against the list of possible users was skipped and unauthorized users could process the document.     Approval not possible when initiator assigned as processor

    Fixed an issue whereby a workflow step could not be processed if the initiator of the workflow step was assigned as an processor in a subsequent step. (EMEIC2607)

    Single document link for active substitute does not work

    Fixed an issue whereby a single document link received by an active substitute did not work. (EMEIC2592)

    Incorrect preset values on invoice creation

    Fixed issue whereby under certain circumstances the preset values specified in /COCKPIT/WBI7 for a specific document type were applied to a different document type. (EMEIC2566)

    User group recipients cannot be assigned

    Fixed an issue whereby in the second step of a workflow, it was not possible to assign members of the user group that had been assigned to the first step if the "Permitted Recipients Check" setting in /COCKPIT/WI17 was set to “S (New Recipient, not the current processor)” or “X Principle of Dual control (Recipient not previous processor)”.     Custom email subject overwritten on forward and query

    Fixed an issue whereby a custom email subject line was overwritten with the one configured in the general text settings for forwarding and queries. (EMEIC2516)

    Next processor field not displayed in line item approval workflow

    Fixed an issue whereby under certain circumstances, the “Next processor” field was not displayed during a line item approval workflow. If the user is a workflow processor, the “Next processor” and “Next processor type” fields are now only displayed if line item approval is activated for the next step in the workflow. (EMEIC2595)

    All positions visible in history for line item approval workflow

    Fixed an issue whereby when a line item approval workflow was sent to two users and one user approved and the other user rejected their respective line item, the workflow history for the users displayed both the line items, instead of just the one that they approved or rejected. (EMEIC2537)

    Note for documents in a bulk workflow action

    Fixed an issue whereby if a note was added for all the documents in a bulk workflow start action, only the first document had that note. (EMEIC2532)

    Recipient of future step unable to reply to query

    Fixed an error whereby a user who received a query, but was also assigned as one of the recipients of a future step, could not reply to the query. (EMEIC2596)

    Email address duplicate check not working correctly

    Fixed an issue whereby the duplicate check “Check mail address” in /COCKPIT/WI6 did not work correctly because the function module /COCKPIT/WC_CHECK_DUPREC checked the wrong table. (EMEIC2589)

    User import allows creation of duplicate user

    Fixed an issue whereby if only the “Check user ID SAP User” option was activated in /COCKPIT/WI6, when importing users it was possible to create a WORK CYCLE user that was a duplicate of an SAP user. (EMEIC2558)
