One common license key for asset transactions
There is now one common license key for all asset financial transaction types; that is, for the AA (Asset Aquisition), AR (Asset Retirement) and AT (Asset Transfer) object types.
Improved performance for documents with many line items
Measures were taken to improve performance when working with Financial Posting documents containing a large number of line items. (RSPDN4593)
Selection screen search on line item data
It is now possible, for all process types, to include line item data in the selection screen search criteria, so that the system searches not only header data, but also line items.
Mapping conversion functions to import long texts from EDI data
With the new mapping function /EBY/PDBO_MAF_SET_TEXTID, it is now possible to specify which long texts in EDI data are transferred to PROCESS DIRECTOR. The existing mapping conversion function /EBY/PDBO_MAF_ADD_TEXT has been improved to enable transfer of multiple text IDs and multiple lines of text.
Improved performance for document list display
Performance has been improved when displaying the documents in the overview list. PROCESS DIRECTOR no longer loads line items for grids that are currently not visible. (RSPDN4544)
Recipient information in tooltip for workflow substitution
The tooltip for workflow status now displays the recipient user ID for substitutes too.

Fixed an error whereby if users entered criteria in the selection screen, the resulting document list did not display documents that had been posted via the “Manual update in SAP” function in the “Duplicate/Update handling” dialog box. (RSPDN4039)
Material determination by material number fails
Fixed an issue that caused the material determination by MATNR to fail with an exception when the material number string length was limited to less than 18 characters. (RSPDN4264)
Fixed an issue whereby hotspot links, which allow users to jump to another screen by double-clicking in the field, were not available or did not work for certain fields. (RSPDN2299)

Fixed an error whereby the mapping function for a unit of measurement did not accept language-specific external values. (RSPDN4623)
Cannot enter parameters for Worklist query class
Fixed an error whereby for query classes that operate with date fields, it was not possible to enter parameter values such as +/- a number of days, because PROCESS DIRECTOR only allowed a date format in the field. A separate field is now displayed in which a number of days can be entered. Note that this field is only displayed after closing and reopening the “Range details” popup.
Existing values not displayed when editing
Fixed an error whereby existing values were not displayed in the popup when editing a Generic Archiving document. (RSPDN4218)
Vendor's name not changed in document overview list after vendor is changed in detail screen
Fixed an issue whereby the vendor's name was not being changed in the document overview list even though the vendor had been changed in the document detail screen. (RSPDN4358)
Poor performance when posting goods movement
Fixed an issue whereby synchronization of the data after posting a goods receipt document was very slow. (RSPDN4597)

Fixed an issue with Asset Master data whereby the “WBS element” field was not displayed in the SAP GUI, even though it was available in the view model field catalog. (RSPDN4236)
Validity date fields incorrect after posting
Fixed an error whereby if no entry was made in the “Valid from” or “Valid to” field when creating an update request, on posting these dates were set to 1.1.1900 or 31.12.9999. (RSPDN4195)
Valid from date overwritten for update requests
Fixed an error whereby when creating a request to update a cost center, the value in the “Valid from” field was overwritten with the current date, which resulted in a new record in SAP instead of an update to an existing record. (RSPDN4075)
No search help attached to "Cost Center" field on item level
Fixed an issue whereby there was no search help for the "Cost Center" field on the item level. (RSPDN4162)
Customer Master payment terms value incorrect
Fixed an issue whereby on updating Customer Master data, or creating with reference to an existing record, the “Payment terms” field value was incorrect. (RSPDN4558)
Cost center creation popup missing “Reference Cost center” field
Fixed an error whereby the “Reference Cost center” field was missing in the cost center creation popup in the SAP GUI. (RSPDN3989)
Payment block cannot be cleared
Fixed an issue whereby it was not possible for the user to clear a payment block on the document because the “Payment method” field was not visible in the user interface. (RSPDN2588)
Editable "SWIFT/BIC" field in Payment Approval document
Fixed an error whereby the "SWIFT/BIC" field in a Payment Approval document was editable.
Incorrect field values in posted documents
Fixed an issue whereby certain field values were incorrect if the PROCESS DIRECTOR Requisition document had been posted and the posted document was modified in SAP. (RSPDN4472)
SSO logon: System does not let you log in using a password
Fixed an error whereby you could not use a password to log in to the system. (RSPDN4636)
Only few document types selected in central selection screen displayed in Worklist
Fixed an error whereby when a user selected some document types in the central selection screen, instead of all, not all the selected document types were being displayed in the Worklist.
NullPointerException error when SSO cookie invalid
Fixed an issue with SSO whereby if the SSO cookie contained invalid data, a Java NullPointerException error was displayed at logon instead of the correct error message.
Missing label in title bar of window for forwarding workflow
Fixed an issue whereby the label in the title bar of the window for forwarding a workflow was missing.
LDAPSearchAndBindService authentication for active directories that require a path
Fixed an issue whereby it was not possible to authenticate users with the LDAPSearchAndBindService for MS active directories that require a path. To authenticate in this situation, create a copy of the LdapSearchAndBindService.properties file and name it LdapSearchAndBindService2.properties, then add the following entry to the saplogon.properties file: “nnn.ext_auth_svc = com.readsoft.webapp.pd.services.LdapSearchAndBindService2”, where nnn is the SAP system ID.
Incorrect sequence in Quick Start menu
Fixed an issue whereby the sequence in the Quick Start menu was not correct. The items were being incorrectly sorted within the process type by both node and sequence, rather than by just sequence. (RSPDN4445)
Fields with errors not highlighted
Fixed an issue whereby fields with errors were not highlighted after the document was saved.
Check boxes incorrect in entry template search help
Fixed an error whereby if a field in an entry template was configured as an activated check box, the check box was activated for all entry templates in the entry template search help, not just for the entry template for which it was configured.
Blank page displayed if password expired
Fixed an issue whereby in an SSO scenario, a blank page was displayed at logon if the user’s password had expired. (RSPDN2278)
Attachment cannot be downloaded if archive document ID has # sign
Fixed an error whereby an attachment could not be downloaded if the archive document ID contained a # sign.
Substitute cannot approve documents in bulk
Fixed an error whereby active substitutes could not approve a bunch of documents in bulk. (RSPDN4302)
Poor performance when staring workflow
Fixed an issue that resulted in poor system performance when starting a workflow if the “Workflow steps handling” BADI returned a large number of users. (RSPDN4389)
No further processing possible after automatic workflow start
Fixed an issue whereby no further processing was possible if error messages were generated during automatic workflow start after posting, check or transfer.
No "Reply" button for the query when the user is also a substitute
Fixed an error whereby if a user received a query for a document that she is also the substitute user for, then in the Web Application, she could act only as the substitute, not as a query recipient. The “Reply” button was not active. (RSPDN4581)
Missing message log indicator for document sent to substitute
Fixed an issue whereby when a workflow was sent to a workflow user with an active substitute, there was no indication in the message log that the workflow was sent to the substitute too. (RSPDN3954)
Memory and performance issues with Due Date Check program
Fixed an issue that caused the /EBY/PDWC_DUE_DATE_CHECK program to terminate due to lack of memory. A new program parameter “Document batch size” has been introduced to process the documents separately in batches. (RSPDN4327)
Error message when substitute is also a query recipient
Fixed an error whereby when users received a query for a document that they were also a substitute for, they could not jump into the document detail view. An error message was being displayed. (RSPDN4580)
Assign locked user to workflow
The PROCESS DIRECTOR user check now differentiates between users who have been locked by an administrator and users who have been locked due to too many invalid logon attempts. Users locked due to invalid logons can be assigned to workflows, users locked by an administrator cannot. (RSPDN2940)
"Approval status" field is too wide
Fixed an error whereby for "Line Item Approval" workflows, the "Approval status" field was too wide. (RSPDN4560)
