The external data viewer (menu Go to > External data) now displays a message if no external data is available, and also supports EDI data.

Search payment terms by explanation

It is now possible to search for payment terms using the Own explanation field.

Keyboard shortcuts for Worklist node context menu

Unique keyboard shortcuts (Fastpaths) are now available in the Worklist node context menu, enabling users to access the menu entries with the keyboard instead of the mouse.

Performance improvement at logon and start

Measures were taken to improve system performance when PROCESS DIRECTOR is started, and when logging on to the Web Application.

Improved file upload handling

It is now possible to upload files in which header and item data are in the same column, but on different lines. Previously a strict separation of header and line item data in the upload file was necessary. (RSPDN1257)

Performance improvement for document versions

System performance when using the document versions feature was improved by reducing the number of selects made on the Version numbers table (/EBY/PDBO_VEV).

Performance improvement for Worklist generation

Several measures were taken to speed up Worklist generation, for example, by reducing the amount of memory used in the process. (RSPDN0570)

Worklist node counters performance improvement

The performance of the Worklist node counters calculation has been improved. (RSPDN1775)

Accounts Receivable

Improved customer number search help

The search help for payment advices has been improved; it now allows the use of an asterisk (*) to display all payment advices that match the customer number as well as payment advices that contain * in the account number field.

Customer Orders

Automatic assignment of line item number for new line items

When a new line item is added to a Customer Order document, the Item field is now automatically populated in accordance with the Item no. increment setting in transaction VOV8.

Financial Postings

Performance improvements in document overview

System performance has been improved when working with the document overview list. (RSPDN1636)

BAPI and posting interface simulation checks dependent on posting type configuration

Previously, if both the BAPI simulation check (/EBY/CL_PDFI_EVT_CHK_CREATE) and the posting interface simulation check (/EBY/CL_PDFI_EVT_CHK_POST_IF) were configured, only one check would run, depending on whether the Posting Interface option was activated or not in the posting type configuration. Now both checks run independently of the posting type configuration. If necessary, it is possible suppress these checks for a specific posting type using configuration criteria. (RSPDN0758)

Detection of posted/parked document

The mechanism that checks whether a document has been posted or parked has been enhanced. The same checks are now performed for Post and Perform. Previously the Perform function checked only the message from the posting interface, while Post also checked the BLNTAB table. (RSPDN1169)

Requisitions

Pass OCI catalog ID from Web Application to SAP GUI

When a user adds items to a requisition using an OCI catalog, the catalog ID is now passed to the SAP GUI. (RSPDN0549)

Web Application

Image icon for line item attachments

If a line item has attachments, an attachment icon is now displayed. The user can click on this icon to open the attachment.

Switching browser to full screen mode

The system behavior has been changed when the user switches the browser window to full screen mode using F11. This precludes potential duplicate entries in the document list if the user performs actions in the Web Application while the updated document list is still being loaded from the server.

Support for Internet Explorer 10

From version 7.2 patch level 5, the PROCESS DIRECTOR Web Application provides full support for Internet Explorer 10. For previous versions, it is necessary to run Internet Explorer 10 in compatibility mode.

New parameters for Web Service

New parameters have been introduced for the RESTful Web Service, which is required for alternative PROCESS DIRECTOR clients such as ReadSoft Mobile. These parameters must be set in order to display images correctly. imageconvertpng and imageconvertjpg convert PDF or TIF documents to a series of PNG/JPG images. pd_ignore_att_url ensures that attachments are read using binary data.

New note not added after sorting notes

Fixed an error whereby when there was already at least one note in the Notes panel and the user sorted the notes by clicking any of the available fields, they were unable to then add a new note. Although a new note row was created, the text area still showed the existing note.

Automatic redirection to specified URL on logging off

A new parameter, logoff_redirect_url, is now available that allows the user to be redirected to a specific URL on logging off from the Web Application.

Extended functionality for SSO ntlmauthenticate parameter

With parameter values -2 and -3, the standard logon page is now displayed if the user credentials are retrieved but incorrect, and the user can log on manually. Previously this situation resulted in an error message.

Display TIFF images in PROCESS DIRECTOR attachment viewer

A new parameter, pd_show_tif_embedded, is available to enable the display of TIFF images in the PROCESS DIRECTOR attachment viewer. A TIF viewer browser plug-in such as AlternaTIFF is required.

SSO authentication with X.509 client certificate

PROCESS DIRECTOR now supports SSO authentication using an X.509 client certificate.

Check for installed languages when saving user profile

When a user changes the language in his profile, the system checks whether the chosen language is available. If it is not installed, an error message is displayed to the user.

Scrollable tooltips

If the tooltip for a field contains a lot of text, it is now displayed in a popup area with scrollbars.

Leading and trailing spaces in field values

If the user enters a field value with spaces at the beginning or end, the field value is now trimmed, with all the unnecessary spaces removed.

Improved header data display on low resolution screens

The display of header data on low resolution screens has been improved, eliminating unnecessary empty screen space and scrollbars.

Minimize upper panel in Attachments area

An arrow icon is now available at the top left of the Attachments pane to minimize the upper part of the pane, hiding the list of attachments and leaving more space for viewing the attachment.

Workflows

Mobile App for workflow processing

A mobile application, ReadSoft Mobile, is now available that allows users to perform workflow activities, such as approving and rejecting PROCESS DIRECTOR documents (of any process type), from their phone. It is available for Apple, Android, Blackberry and Windows phones and can be downloaded from the respective App Store. Fields and layout in the ReadSoft Mobile App can be configured in the PROCESS DIRECTOR view model, using the new environment setting MB Mobile Application. The Worklist for mobile applications is configured in the usual way. A new Worklist node setting Not visible in Mobile Application, which is activated by default, must be deactivated for mobile application Worklist nodes.

Improved performance for queries

In order to improve performance, the method by which the status of documents with queries is calculated was changed. (RSPDN1671)

Transaction code for REPETITOR

Previously, it was not possible to access the REPETITOR program (which automatically checks and posts documents at regular intervals) via a transaction code. The transaction code /EBY/PDBO_REPETITOR is now available. (RSPDN1681)

Popup with no fields

Fixed an issue whereby even when there was no popup configured for an object type, a popup with no fields was generated for it. (RSPDN1219)

File upload using XLS is not possible

Fixed an error whereby for the format XLS, the uploaded file was ignored and not processed. (RSPDN1148)

Values entered in selection screen fields not copied to search help popup

Fixed an error whereby if a user entered a value in a field on the selection screen and then clicked the field search help, the entered value was not copied into the corresponding field in the search help popup. (RSPDN1275)

Check and determination search helps return no values for custom object types

Fixed an error whereby the search help for checks and determinations returned the message No entry found for custom objects based on the XY Generic Object Template. (RSPDN1135)

Short dumps when displaying many documents

Fixed an issue that resulted in a short dump when a large number of documents were selected for display. (RSPDN1498)

File upload does not trigger presets and determinations

Fixed an error whereby if a user uploaded a file to create a new PROCESS DIRECTOR document, the configured presets and determinations were not triggered. (RSPDN1319)

Search help does not find Internet users

Fixed an error whereby when searching by last name or first name for the Creator user, Current processor or Modified by, the search help did not list Internet users, only SAP users. (RSPDN1182)

Problems with external data viewer

Fixed several errors with the new external data viewer (menu Go to > External data). The viewer was empty after data transfer; during EDI transfer the external data was not saved; and the viewer displayed the data of the wrong document.

Multiple parameters in search helps do not work

Fixed an error whereby when a search help with more than one importing or exporting parameter was called from an ALV grid field, only the main field was transferred to the search help interface and back to the grid field. (RSPDN1772)

Error message for mapping function Check/convert date to internal format

Fixed an issue whereby the order of actions in the mapping function /EBY/PDBO_MAF_DATECONVERT, Check/convert date to internal format, could result in an error message, even though the date was in internal format. (RSPDN1600)

Posted document retains Unposted status when Worklist is regenerated

Fixed an issue that resulted in a posted document retaining the status Unposted if the Worklist was regenerated during the posting.

Not all documents processed during Worklist regeneration

Fixed an error whereby during Worklist regeneration, not all the documents were processed, which could cause some of the documents to be assigned to the wrong Worklist nodes, or to no node at all. (RSPDN1280)

Short dump when starting PROCESS DIRECTOR in EhP7 system

Fixed an error that resulted in a short dump when PROCESS DIRECTOR was started in an ERP 6.0 system with EhP7. (RSPDN1365)

Short dump during duplicate check

Fixed an error that led to a short dump if a field of the type Amount was configured as part of the duplicate check. (RSPDN1586)

Upload of attachments for unsaved documents

Fixed an error whereby in the SAP GUI, it was possible to upload attachments to a newly created document before it had been saved. (RSPDN1495)

Line item upload warning message displays technical field name

Fixed an error whereby the line item upload warning message /EBY/PDBO 056 displayed the technical field name instead of the descriptive field label, which is more understandable to users. (RSPDN1150)

Messages when uploading file that does not match specified format

Fixed an issue whereby if a file that did not match the specified format was selected for uploading, the error messages displayed did not indicate the real problem. A message now indicates that the file is in the wrong format. (RSPDN1256)

Default sort order does not work as expected

Fixed an issue whereby by default tables were sorted first by workflow step and then by PROCESS DIRECTOR document number, with the result that documents in workflow were displayed at the bottom of the table, regardless of the document number. This caused confusion, because the workflow step field is normally not displayed in the table. By default, the list is now sorted by PROCESS DIRECTOR document number only.

Error messages when saving new document

Fixed an issue that resulted in error messages if the user created a new document and clicked the Display <-> Change button before saving the document. The Display <-> Change button is now not available for documents that have not been saved.

Process parameters screen is empty

Fixed an error whereby the process parameters configuration screen was empty in some SAP systems (for example, in 6.0 EhP6).

Duplicate check detects same document as its duplicate

Fixed an error whereby the duplicate check detected a duplicate document even when only one document existed in the database.

"Amount for Amount is too long" error message

Fixed an issue whereby the number of digits accepted for amounts was lower than in SAP, and the error message Amount for Amount is too long was displayed (RSPDN2488)

Search for zero not possible in selection screen

Fixed an issue whereby it was not possible to search for the value 0 (zero) in character fields in the selection screen. (RSPDN2401)

Slow performance for document with many lines

Fixed an issue whereby system performance when accessing a document with many line items was very slow, and could result in a timeout.

Log not found (in main memory) error message when posting

Fixed an issue that resulted in the error message Log not found (in main memory) after posting multiple documents. (RSPDN0747)

Poor performance when closing check popup

Fixed an issue that resulted in the check results popup taking a long time to close if the document contained many line items. (RSPDN2470)

Customer Orders

Posting with a reference document

Fixed an error whereby a customer order document could not be posted if it had a reference document, but no reference document category. (RSPDN1048)

Short dump in duplicate check when ECL viewer not installed but configured

Fixed an error that resulted in a short dump during duplicate/update handling if an ECL viewer was configured by users in their personal settings, but was not installed. (RSPDN2168)

Cannot view conditions after displaying sales order document in SAP

Fixed an issue whereby on posting a customer order document with header/item conditions, jumping to the corresponding SAP sales order document and then going back to PROCESS DIRECTOR, the conditions for the document were no longer displayed. (RSPDN1779)

Short dump if KPI report has no parameters

Fixed an error that resulted in a short dump if no parameters were entered for a KPI report. (RSPDN001264)

Incorrect value for conditions with percentage amounts

Fixed an error whereby if a percentage value was entered for conditions, the entered value divided by 10 was inserted in the created order. (RSPDN1762)

Short dump during check

Fixed an issue that resulted in a short dump when transferring or checking a customer order document with a very large item quantity. (RSPDN2187)

Sales order can be posted for customer with deletion flag

Fixed an error whereby it was possible to post a sales order for a customer that had a deletion flag set for the sales area.(RSPDN1475)

Error messages during duplicate check handling

Fixed an issue that resulted in error messages during duplicate check handling on an unsaved document. (RSPDN1931)

BAPI extensions not correctly propagated

Fixed an issue whereby BAPI extensions were not correctly propagated before sales order creation in Unicode systems. (RSPDN1154)

Sales order creation BAPI parameters set in Posting BAdI are not passed to BAPI

Fixed an issue whereby sales order creation BAPI parameters set in the Posting BAPI (such as the internal numbering flag) were not passed to the BAPI. (RSPDN1597)

Header data missing after sales order posted

Fixed an issue whereby header data values from the SAP sales order were not synchronized back to PROCESS DIRECTOR and therefore not available in the PROCESS DIRECTOR document after the sales order was posted. (RSPDN1052)

Incorrect results for material determination by customer material number

Fixed an error whereby the material determination by customer material number search (/EBY/CL_PDSO_DET_MAT_CUST) produced incorrect results. (RSPDN1366)

Financial Postings

Short dump on posting FIC document with deleted posting type

Fixed an error that resulted in a short dump when trying to post an FIC document with a posting type that had been deleted. (RSPDN001214)

Customer include missing for FIC header data

The database table /EBY/PDFIC_THDR did not include the customer include structure CI_EBY_PDFIC_SHDR_DATA, with the result that custom fields added to Customer Postings header data were not saved to the database and were reset to zero after PROCESS DIRECTOR was refreshed. (RSPDN1209)

Log not found (in main memory) error message when posting

Fixed an issue that resulted in the error message Log not found (in main memory) after posting multiple documents. (RSPDN0747)

Customer Posting (FIC) nodes not displayed

Fixed an error whereby if G/L Account Posting (FI) Worklist nodes were not configured as well as Customer Posting (FIC) nodes, PROCESS DIRECTOR did not display any of the configured Customer Posting nodes. (RSPDN001164)

Adjustments for G/L document splitting, SAP Note 1605537

Adjustments were made in accordance with SAP Note 1605537. The RSPDN should be implemented by customers who have implemented SAP Note 1605537. (RSPDN1611)

Posting BADI methods incorrectly triggered

Fixed an issue whereby the Posting BADI methods BEFORE_POST and AFTER_POST were called even though the configuration specified that the posting interface should be used for posting. (RSPDN1165)

FIC IMG standard view has too many options

Fixed an error whereby the FIC IMG standard view had more options than the FI IMG standard view.

Link to SAP document available for recurring entry documents

Fixed an error whereby the Link to SAP document feature was available for recurring entry documents. Recurring entries cannot be posted, and therefore it should not be possible to link them an SAP document. (RSPDN2590)

Hotspot links in detail view do not work in edit mode

Fixed an issue whereby hotspots links to SAP documents did not work in edit mode for the GLPR and ARDI posting types. (RSPDN0971)

Order Confirmations

PO items not refreshed after changing PO in header

Fixed an error whereby the PO items were not refreshed if the PO number was changed or deleted; the items of the previously entered PO were still displayed. (RSPDN1907)

Payment Approvals

Wrong format for some currencies in the Web Application

Fixed an error whereby some currencies were displayed in the wrong format in the Web Application. (RSPDN1889)

Error generating "Header data for archive log" display structure in view model

Fixed an issue whereby the view model structure for the ARC_LOG component type (header data for archive log) could not be generated due to an incorrect reference table for fields RBETR and RWBTR. (RSPDN2183)

Error or short dump when accessing document

Fixed an issue that could lead to an error message or a short dump when displaying a grid (such as the document overview or payment items). This error arose because in the standard view model configuration, some field definitions contained a standard structure as a reference, and this standard structure had not been generated in the customer system.

Search help for Outline Agreement field not working correctly

Fixed an issue whereby the search help for the Outline Agreement field was not working correctly. (RSPDN1962)

Requisitions account lines not displayed after closing workflow status popup

Fixed an error whereby the accounting lines in a requisition were no longer displayed, or an error message appeared, after opening and closing the Workflow status popup in the Web Application and then pressing the Accounts button.

Free item field not set correctly

Fixed an error whereby the FREE_ITEM indicator (Free of charge) was not set correctly when the Invoice receipt indicator was changed in the SAP PO. (RSPDN1446)

Requisitioner name overwritten on posting

Fixed an error whereby if a user created a requisition for a different user and entered that user’s ID in the Requisitioner field, the value was overwritten by the ID of the user who created the requisition when the document is posted. (RSPDN1496)

Web Application

Fixed a security issue whereby it was possible to log in to the Web Application using the space character instead of a valid password.

Attachment does not open in IE8

Fixed an issue whereby attachments were not opened in the Internet Explorer 8 browser.

Constants in WA search helps not working

Fixed an issue whereby the constant values defined for the search helps in the view model definition were not being populated, even though they were working in the SAP GUI. (RSPDN2001)

Error messages when using help texts

Fixed some issues that resulted in error messages in the Web Application when using help texts. (RSPDN1624, RSPDN1966)

Correct values highlighted as incorrect

Fixed an error whereby correctly entered amount fields were highlighted as being incorrect.

Button for deleting note not visible

Fixed an issue whereby after adding a second note and deleting it, it was not possible to delete the first note because the Delete button was no longer displayed.

Attachment not displayed on clicking image icon

Fixed an issue whereby clicking the attachment image icon in the Attachments pane did not display the attachment.

Error displayed twice when deleting notes

Fixed an issue whereby if the user added a note with no text and then deleted the note before rejecting a step, the error message about no mandatory note having been created was displayed twice.

No error message when trying to approve document with query

Fixed an issue whereby no error message was issued if a user tried to approve a document for which a query had been sent.

Incorrect message about document change

SSO: Not all user types searched

Fixed an issue with Single Sign On using ntlmauthenticate=3, whereby if a user of the type with the highest priority was found, but the user was locked, the system did not search other user types for the same user ID. (RSPDN2147)

SSO user can log in even though SAP account is expired or locked

Fixed an issue whereby even though an SAP user account was locked or had expired and the user could not log in to the SAP system, when the user connected to the Web Application via SSO, the login worked. (RSPDN1483)

Deleted note still visible

Fixed an error whereby a note was visible even though it had been deleted. This occurred if a query action was canceled immediately before deleting the note and the document was then rejected.

TIF image converted to PDF not displayed correctly

Fixed an error whereby if the parameter imageconvertpdf=1 was set and a TIF image was uploaded, it was not displayed properly in the document viewer.

Tooltip disappears too quickly

Fixed an error whereby long tooltips disappeared too quickly. Tooltips with short texts disappear after three seconds; long tooltips now remain displayed for as long as the mouse cursor is positioned over the element to which the tooltip belongs.

Worklist not refreshed

Fixed an issue whereby the Worklist was not refreshed in some situations.

Paging controls not available

Fixed an error whereby paging controls were not displayed when the document list was opened from the document detail view via the Show document list button.

"No check for user" message for SSO user

Fixed an issue that resulted in the error message No check for user when an SSO user without a password connected to the Web Application. (RSPDN2040; requires RSPDN1258)

Error when sorting table

Fixed an issue that resulted in a Java error when the user tried to sort a table with no lines.

Java error when forwarding document

Fixed an issue that led to a Java NullPointerException error if a user replied to a query and then attempted to forward the document. As forwarding should not be possible in this situation, a warning message is now issued.

License threshold warning message always displayed at login

Fixed an issue whereby the license threshold warning message was displayed after every login. This message is now not displayed at all in the Web Application (RSPDN1431)

Incorrect conversion of date

Fixed an error whereby on entering an impossible date (for example, month higher than 12 or day higher than the number possible for a given month), the system automatically converted it to another date, without issuing any warning. An error message is now displayed if the date is incorrect.

Wrong language displayed after logoff

Fixed an error that resulted in the wrong language being displayed when the user logged off.

Show last note popup not displayed or displays wrong note

Fixed an error whereby the Show last note popup was not displayed, or displayed the wrong note and blocked further processing.

Messages popup appears repeatedly

Fixed an error whereby the Messages popup was displayed repeatedly after clicking the Check button.

Empty notes displayed

Fixed an error whereby if the user created notes without any text and did not save the document, the notes remained in the Notes panel until the user refreshed the Worklist. Empty notes are now no longer displayed when the user returns to the document detail view.

Paging controls do not work

Fixed an error whereby if the user opened the document detail view on the second page of the document overview list, on returning to the first page of the list, the paging controls no longer worked.

Cannot change password and substitutes in Master Worklist system

Fixed an error whereby it was not possible to change substitutes or the password if the Web Application connected to multiple SAP systems via a Master Worklist.

Suggestions not displayed properly

Fixed an issue whereby suggestion lines were not displayed correctly when adding a large number of line items. For example, when adding accounting lines, suggestions were displayed for the first 10 lines, but not for the 11th line onwards, because this appeared on the second page of the table. On returning to the first table page, suggestions were no longer displayed at all.

Error reading saplogon.properties configuration file

Fixed an issue whereby if the value of the sapsystem parameter included trailing spaces or tabs, the message Error reading configuration file was displayed.

Positioning of full screen popups

Fixed an issue whereby full screen popups such as the Workflow status popup were not correctly positioned on the screen and displayed unnecessary scrollbars. It is no longer possible to move such popups on the screen.

Customized fields not updated

Fixed an issue whereby custom fields defined in /EBY/PDBO_VDMDC, Customized field data display, were not updated correctly after editing or workflow actions.

Incorrect navigation when saving document

Fixed an issue that in certain circumstances resulted in the user being returned to the wrong view after clicking the Save button.

Java error when editing currency field with large amount

Fixed an issue that resulted in a Java error message when editing a currency field that contained a very large amount.

Numeric values for languages with . as grouping separator not stored properly

Fixed an error whereby numeric values for languages that have a period (.) as the grouping separator were not being stored properly.

Rejecting from Web App overview possible even while document is being edited

Fixed an error whereby a document could be rejected from the overview list in the Web Application, while it was still being edited by another user.

Blocking second call of init.do does not always work

Fixed an issue whereby blocking a second call of init.do that was performed within two seconds of the PROCESS DIRECTOR main page being loaded did not always work, especially in SSO scenarios.

Wrong behavior on entering negative values

Using single document link for approval or rejection leads to empty overview list

Perform actions on document not displayed on current page

Fixed an issue whereby it was possible to perform actions on a document after selecting it on the first page and then moving to another page in the document list. Currently actions on a document should only be possible if it is displayed on the current page.

Mass population of fields takes a long time

Fixed an issue whereby if a document contained a lot of lines and the search help was used to populate a field in multiple lines, the system performance was very slow.

Custom fields disappear after sorting

Fixed an issue whereby a custom field was no longer displayed in the document list if the user sorted the list by that field, opened the document detail, and then returned to the document list.

pd_imagedocking_width=0 does not work correctly

Fixed an issue whereby attachments were displayed in the docked attachment viewer even though the parameter pd_imagedocking_width=0, which means that attachments are displayed in a popup, was set.

browserlocale parameter not working

Fixed an issue whereby the browserlocale parameter, which specifies the language to be used before and after logon, had no effect in the logon screen.

Tabs fill too much screen space

Fixed an issue whereby certain header data tabs unnecessarily filled the entire screen width when all other tabs were minimized.

Additional information panel moves on clicking Messages button

Fixed an issue whereby the position of the Additional information panel, which shows attachments, notes and messages, changed every time the Messages button was clicked.

Fixed an issue that resulted in a short dump on workflow start if the tag in the first line of the workflow email text was set to space or =. (RSPDN1175)

Preset user ignored by workflow step BAdI user determination method

Fixed an issue whereby if the workflow step BAdI USER_DETERMINATION method returned the same user, once with the PRESET flag set, and once without the PRESET flag set, the user with the PRESET flag set did not have a higher priority and therefore did not appear in the Workflow start popup. (RSPDN2123)

Processor assignment error when option "All recipients must process" not activated

Fixed an error whereby if a workflow step was assigned to more than one user and the option All recipients must process was not activated, users that did not process the document were still assigned after another user took over processing. Example: User A and User B are assigned. User A takes over processing, edits and saves the document; User B is no longer assigned. Subsequently, someone assigns user B to the step again. User A again edits and saves the document. This time, User B is still assigned to the step. (RSPDN0612)

Random order of steps in Workflow status window

Fixed an error whereby the subsequent workflow steps were randomly ordered in the Workflow status window. (RSPDN1087)

Wrong last note in the mail for workflow actions

Fixed an error whereby if the user added a note and started a workflow action before saving the document, the added note was not included in the sent mail. If there already was another note in the document, that previous note was attached to the mail, instead of the latest one. (RSPDN0887)

Workflow status icon errors

Fixed two issues whereby the substitute icon was not displayed for documents that the user can process as a substitute, and the wrong workflow icon was displayed in the workflow status when the document was being processed by a different user. Changes were also made to improve performance when the system evaluates which workflow status icon to apply. (RSPDN1914)

Error message when assigning workflow recipients

Fixed an issue that led to the error message Program error occurred (notify SAP) during workflow recipient assignment. The workflow could not be started. (RSPDN1258)

"No longer valid" notification mail incorrectly sent in case of substitution

Fixed an issue whereby a notification mail for the purpose C No longer valid was erroneously sent to a user if a workflow step processor for whom the user was a substitute was removed as a processor of the workflow. (RSPDN1394)

Workflow step action exclusion does not work correctly

Fixed an error whereby the action restrictions defined for a workflow step did not work correctly for certain users: the action was available when it should not have been. (RSPDN1253)

Incorrect error message "User has no email address" when starting workflow
