About PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS 7.1

Introduction

ReadSoft’s PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS is a reporting and analysis tool for ReadSoft PROCESS DIRECTOR Accounts Payable (formerly known as INVOICE COCKPIT Suite). It runs inside SAP Business Warehouse (BW). It comes complete with ready-to-go reports, data models, extractors and transformations to significantly reduce implementation time and costs. The solution is extensible, web-enabled and provides an integrated view of invoice data. This data is gathered from both PROCESS DIRECTOR Accounts Payable and INVOICES.

  How to install ReadSoft PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS, in both the ERP and BW and how to install the INVOICES plugins.

  Descriptions of all the standard reports delivered with PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS 7.1.

• PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS 7.1 Technical Documentation

  A list of all the DataStore Objects, Extractors, InfoObjects, and information relevant to understanding the workings of PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS.

ReadSoft

• PROCESS DIRECTOR 7.1 Accounts Payable, or INVOICE COCKPIT Suite 3.2 and later
• PROCESS DIRECTOR 7.1 (is only required to create a worklist)
• INVOICES 5-5 or later (ReadSoft DOCUMENTS is not yet supported)
• ReadSoft INVOICE COCKPIT Connector 3.1 or later

SAP

• SAP NetWeaver BI 7.0 SP Level 15
• Component Version SAP NetWeaver 2004s
• PI Basis: 2006_1_700 SP Level 7
• BEx Version 7.x (based on 7.20); Support Package 2, Patch 1
• SAP PI version 2002_1_470 or later

Installation Files

The transport and installation files you need depend on:

• If you are running PROCESS DIRECTOR Accounts Payable (PD AP) or its predecessor, INVOICE COCKPIT Suite (ICS).
• If you want to have reports containing data from ReadSoft INVOICES.
