The User dialog: Language
To access this dialog:
- Click the Users object bar.
- Right-click in the resulting Users area above the object bars and select New, or right-click a user profile and select Open. Then select Language in the navigation pane of the dialog that is displayed.
Use these settings to specify the language that is displayed in the user interface or to translate names of invoice fields on foreign invoices.
| GUI language | The language used in the program interface.
This is also where Entrance mode (using generic terminology) is turned on/off. |
| Use translated field names in Verify | Translates names of invoice fields for invoices sent using an invoice profile for a different language to the language specified above (that is, the language of the user processing the invoice). |
