By default, values that Verify operators enter for handwritten* fields are not searched for on the invoice. If you want Verify to search for the boundaries of handwritten fields, set this flag to 1. Note that Verify will be slower when it has to search for such field boundaries, and it often fails. A better way of learning such a field is to "rubber band" it: With the cursor in the box where you would type the field value, use your mouse to draw a rectangle where the field value is found.

* Handwritten can be selected as the text type in the in the Field learning dialog in Optimize.

• 0: When a Verify operator enters a field value for a handwritten field, Verify will not look for the field boundaries – default.
• 1: Verify will look for the field on the invoice.
