Each of the following settings in this section correspond to a column in the Invoice definitions view in both the Manager and Optimize modules.

For each setting above:
=1 - column is visible (that is, ID=1 means the column is visible in the Invoice definitions view in both the Manager and Optimize modules)
=0 - column is hidden (that is, ID=0 means the column is not visible in the Invoice definitions view in both the Manager and Optimize modules)
