Viewing Options

To view PDF documents, you can hide ribbon controls to get a clean work area.

Click the tab of the currently opened ribbon to remove the ribbon; click it again to restore the ribbon.

Click a tab and drag it to move a ribbon to a floating position. Click and drag the tab again (not the ribbon window's title bar) to re-dock it in the ribbon area.

Choose File > Info > Edit Properties > Initial View to customize the appearance of the document and the program window whenever the document is opened in future. See Document Properties for details. If you receive a PDF that displays no ribbons or tabs, press F9 to restore them.
