Removing Files from the File List

Use one of the Remove tools to remove files from the file list that appears on the right side of Convert Assistant and lists the source PDF files. These commands do not delete files from your system.

To remove a selected file from the file list

Click the Remove Selected tool in the toolbar, or choose Remove Selected from the drop-down list, or select Remove Selected from the File menu.

To remove converted files from the file list

Click the Remove Converted tool if it appears in the toolbar, otherwise choose Remove Converted from the drop-down list, or from the File menu. This tool becomes available only after at least one file has been converted.

To remove all files from the file list

Click the Remove All tool if it appears in the toolbar, otherwise choose Remove All from the drop-down list, or from the File menu.
