Ensure Thin Client Validation is configured to use custom validation forms
If you want to use Thin Client Validation and have a customized validation form that you want to use, this is normally enabled by default.
If however, you are using an older project or this feature has been disabled for any reason, you need to enable your project to use the customized form by following these steps:

On the
Project tab, in the
Configuration group, select
Project Settings
.
- Click the General tab to view the general settings.
- In the Thin Clients group, if it is not already enabled, select the Use defined form layout option.
- Click OK to save your changes and close the Project Settings window.
