Thin Client Validation checklist

In order to run Thin Client Validation, you need to ensure the following are done:

  1. The Kofax Transformation - Thin Client Server is installed and configured to run with your installation of Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation Modules. See the Kofax Transformation Modules Installation Guide and the Kofax Transformation ModulesThin Client Server Installation Guide for more information about installation.

  2. The project is configured to use Thin Client Validation in the Project Settings General Tab.

  3. Optionally, the project is configured to use the defined form layout in the Project Settings General Tab.

  4. All required validation fields, validation rules, and validation methods are configured.

  5. If only a single step is used, ensure that the validation form is configured.

    If multiple steps of validation are used, ensure that the validation forms for each step are configured.
