View extraction results

If you want to test your overall extraction configuration, perform extraction for a group of test documents and then view their results by following these steps:

  1. Open the Documents window if it is not already open.
  2. If a different view is in use, switch to the List View Documents Window - Flat View icon.
  3. Add or select the document set that contains some test documents.

    The document set expands so you can see the document subsets.

  4. Select the document subset that contains the required test documents.

    The test documents are displayed.

  5. Select one or more documents in the Documents window, right-click, and then click Test - Extract Selection icon Extract on the document shortcut menu.

  6. On the Ribbon View tab, in the Windows group, select Extraction Results.

    The Extraction Results window is displayed with the results from your recent extraction test.

  7. Optionally, dock the Extraction Results window.
