Click Add Anchor to add an anchor zone. You can define three types of anchor zones and adjust them with their Anchor Properties.

• "Structural" anchors include characteristic marks such as lines, boxes, crosses, fold marks, or corners.

• "Graphic" anchors are images or prominent graphics, such as a logo.

• "Text" anchors can be any suitable text that is consistent on documents of this class.

• "Locator" anchors are the result from another locator. The following locators are supported as a locator anchor only.

  • Barcode Locator

  • Format Locator

  • Relation Evaluator

  • Script Locator (simple field only)

  • Standard Evaluator

For better extraction results, draw an anchor zone to use a significant anchor element and assign it to one or more zones in the Properties of Zone window.
