Add a predefined subfield to the Evaluator Subfields List

An Advanced Evaluator provides a list of predefined invoice subfields that are typical invoice header and amount fields. You can select predefined fields and add them to the Evaluator Subfields list or remove subfields from the Evaluator Subfields list.

To add a predefined subfield to the Evaluator Subfields list by following these steps:

  1. Open the locator properties.
  2. On the left side of the Subfields tab, select a subfield from Available Subfields list.
  3. Click Move Right Move Subfield Right button to move the selected field to the Evaluator Subfields list.
  4. Repeat the previous steps to add additional subfields for evaluation.
  5. Optionally, configure the Evaluation Settings.
  6. Open a test document and click Test to test your settings.
  7. Optionally, click Close to close the locator properties window.
  8. Save the changes to your project.
